• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s)
• Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time or a 50% fee, depending on my availability. In some cases, a late arrival may require us to reschedule entirely.
• Emergency Rescheduling: I understand that emergencies happen. I am happy to review emergency adjustments on a case-by-case basis.
